Try RT Specialties. These are for the plastic clips that are attached to the mushroom studs on the body, correct?
There are some Volkswagen trim molding clips, maybe 90's Jetta's, that are very similar to those clips.

My studs are gone, and am left with just holes, do you have a link to the 794-1850 clips?

I understand that those plastic pieces probably fit into the trim, but how do those then attach to the body? Those screws look to small compared to the hole in the body, unless these were designed to screw into a panel with no holes...

Do you have a part no on those kits? Just wanna be sure the plastic will for sure fit the 70 Dart side trim. Also how many clips in a kit?

That is one kit. They are made to use the Philips screw to fasten the clip for when replacement panels were installed. No part numbers on them as far as I remember.

I am going to buy em and see if they work.
