On-going project since 2006 now at the "putting it back together" phase.
I'm providing the link to my own site (no surprises, nothing for sale) which has dozens if not hundreds of photos and stories.
I will try to remember to update this thread whenever the page is updated or you can contact me to get on the mailing list that I always send a blast out to when there's new stuff. It's never more than weekly, usually only monthly if-that, and the only other thing you'll hear about is when my album of 60's-70's rock songs comes-out sometime this year.
If any of this is not cool with FABO feel-free to publicly scold me and remove this thread. The intent of this restoration is to try to replicate as best as possible the way the car was when it left the factory, but without going really crazy with stuff. I've also taken a few liberties here and there with things that are not correct but that I wanted. Nearly everything I do is based on internet research and my own personal preference so I'm sure you'll see some things that you don't agree with. In any case I'm happy to entertain any comments or answer any questions. Thanks to all !!

The date of this first thread entry is May 18, 2013. The car came back from body and paint a few weeks ago and is in the process of being ssslllloooowwwwlllyy put back together with a number of troubling issues, all of which will be covered in the next update.

Mitch Wecome to FABO! I have been following your Duster Resto for a few years now and we have even shared a few emails. This is a great place to share your restoration with others. It will be a big help to all of us and alittle extra motivation, which at times we all need. Keep on trucking and looking forward to seeing more. David

Hey David good to see you again. I've been lurking on FABO for a while, mostly when I need to take-up other peoples' time to solve my problems, but I hope to get more involved and give some back as time permits. Thanks for the shout-out and the kind words.
