They are new. High quality plastic. MI

Hello SGF,
Sorry for the late reply.
In your pictures it looks like the mirror attaches to the bracket from the end of the bracket (Small white plastic insert).
On the mirror I am trying to replace the mirror is attached to the bracket by the screw in the middle of the mirror (attached pix)
Am I correct on your mirror attachment?
I am guessing that what I have and what your have are different?

I like the color of your car. Yes. They are different mounts. Mine has a metal plate that is held on to the door with 2 screws. Then the mirror is held to that with the 1 screw. My mirrors are paintable. Steve
