70 duster

Hey there, I'm picking up 70 duster this week. It has built 340 with a 727, but has a 2.76 6 cyl rear end. I'm about to get a 8 3/4 . My question is will I have to shorten the drive line. Can any one help here with this? Thanks Rick

Yep, the current driveshaft will be to long after you swap a 8 3/4 in.
