70 fenders on 74 dart (marker light differences)

Hello i am putting a 70 front end on a 74 dart and i noticed the marker lights are different. Is there a way to fix this (have the same marker lights) without welding the recessed markers on the rear quarters?

Use '72 fenders. They have the same marker light as the 74.
