70 Glove Box Latch

ok - I don't get it. How do you remove the cylinder from the latch? The two screws on the inside of the glove box door are obvious.... but I need to remove the front first. Anyone do this?

-there is a little hole in the front of the knob. stick a paper clip in there and IIRC put it in at an upward angle ( like so \ ) and pull up so the clip is straight into the lock - and pull on the knob - should come out

you can do it from the front or the back, the link show how from the back..
