nice las vegas day with the temperature over 100 degrees with the DA over 5000 ft...
yeah...those stock stroke 360s dont run very well...and those 904s will never last behind any horsepower....LOL
need a new camera man....

yeah what combo you running?
10 x 29 x 15 on 15 x 8 draglites with 4 1/2 bs....but the rear end has been narrowed two inches on each side...and the car has full well tubs..
73 360 .060 with Wiseco flattop pistons...11 to 1 compression (pistons have MP part number on them got them for 200 bucks)
stock 360 crank with H beam rods (630 grams) no brand name...
Hughes 260/264 solid cam with 1.6 crane rockers
Hughes CnC eddy heads with 1111 springs..(bought them from someone on FABO)
Weiand X-Celerator intake cause it fit the milled heads and block (wanted to use Eddy Victor)
Holley 950 carb....brand new at 250 bucks..
Hooker 5204 1 3/4 headers
MP electronic race distributor with MSD 7AL-2..
904 trans by tony with Tranzact transbrake non-LBA
Turbo Action 4400 series converter..flashes to 5200 rpm
4.56 gears

70aarcuda, love your car combos, simple and fast. I just wish I could get close to your performance with a 340 as i am running that. Im at 11.70s here in cali.

Love the car... And it will run also... I have to ask as i never have been to Vegas.... Does that track run down hill?
actually there is a cliff at the 1000 ft mark...you car will disappear into it...
no..the track does not run down hill...the natural terrain runs down hill towards the track...so a flat track look down hill going against it...
I'm with you on the 360 v 408 etc. You can get your 360 to move the same amount of air as a stroker, just rev it a few hundred rpm more. I run a 360 in a '68 Dart and have NO plans for a stroker.
