71 Duster Bench Seat Headrests

I just had my front seat recovered, but did not have the headrests done, now I want to redo the headrests, I cannot seem to get them to come out.
I do not have to pull my seats out again??:sad1:

No. You just need to pull REALLY hard. I've got a 71 Duster and just went through the same exercise
