Hello all, I need some information on the disc brake swap on a 71 Duster.
The donor car is a 1974 Dart Sport. Is it just as simple as replacing everything up there? Will everything swap straight over or do I need anything specific kept off the Duster? Basically my plan was to just remove everything from the A arms out, and bolt them up to the Duster. Is there anything I need to know about or is it just a straight up swap? Im planning on getting started on this today, so any good information you have ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

Also, when swapping a rear end from 7 1/4 to 8 1/4 should it be a straight up bolt in situation? The donor is the same 74 Dart sport.

Break it at the upper control arm/frame bolts and lower ball joint/ower control arm points and you have what you need.

Take the master cyl, lines and proportioning valve off and you're good to go.

It's an easy swap as long as the bolts/nuts cooperate.

Driveshaft is about 1.5" shorter when going from a 7 1/4 to a 8 1/4.
