Hey guys, these sure are hard to find and often over looked when people do a 4-speed swap! This is the steering column collar that replaces the collar that has a hole for the column shifter on a regular column shifted automatic car, this is smooth and only has a hole for the turn signal lever. This is an original rust free steel black piece from a 71 340 4-speed duster. Will fit down from 71 with minor modification but is correct for 71+ cars. Bearings are nice and smooth and there is ZERO RUST! $125 shipped to your door, -Dan
