72 door panels fit in 70 duster?

Hey all hoping to get some tips. There is a fellow up here in Canada relatively close selling some 72 door panels.

Attached is a photo.

Just wondering if this would fit in my 70 duster. From what I can see the style is different a bit around the window crank.

He is asking 400cad$ maybe I could wiggle him down a bit more.

And to get the correct ones shipped up would probably be $600cad+.

Is this a good deal? Should I make the drive and get them?

Mine came from legendary. They had perforated holes on the back side to remove. I cut mine open when I installed them. Same with the rear. You have to cut out what you need but there are perforations to assist. I would think the 72 panels would fit a 70. The door shells are interchangeable. The panel design changed but the mount points on the back side should be the same.
