I am lookin at purchasing a 72 valiant and it will be my first mopar. I was just wondering if there a readily avalible parts for these cars. the body is straight but it could really use all new interior. Also someone told me it was just like a dart. Can a dart replica be built out of the valient? If so what are the things that would need to be changed? Thanks, I hope someone can help me because Im Mopar stupid, lol.

They are based on the same platform, A body. Lots of parts interchange, and you can make the Plymouth look like a Dodge and vice versa. May not be worth it to change, but you can. I would just pull off all the emblems, and let people think you're driving a Nova(gack).

first off, welcome to FABO.
the front clip on your car is the same as a duster, demon and scamp, so theres a parts interchange source. the running gear is interchangable with other A bodies from 67 thru 75. the darts and valiants are similar bodywise but mostly only the front clips are interchangable.
no need to try to make it a dart because most non-mopar people think its a dart already... you'll see
