I decided to buy one of the technical videos because I haven't rebuilt a trans in a few years. I think this guy did a great job on the disassembly, inspection, and assembly. So, here's a link for you folks that would like to rebuild your own trans. Just scroll to the bottom for the 727. They also have videos for rear end rebuilds.

Good video, even the part where you don't need a slide hammer to get the pump out!

Its for stock rebuilds. Lots of info though, he goes into good detail inspecting all the components so you know what to look for finding bad components.
 
I'd like to have that 727 video.Combine it with Carl Munroes 727 book and there you have it,loads of good hi perf info in Carls book.
