Do you know approximate stall? Is it streetable?

Sorry- Probably not streetable. I was misinformed when I placed the add. its a Dynamic convertor in an ATI box. 5000 stall flash point, probably around 3500 when footbraking but flashes to 5000, depending on the horsepower of the engine. 8", was bought for transbrake transmission but never used for that.
