'73-'76 Front license plate mounting

Hi everyone. I want to mount a front license plate to my 75 Scamp. I know the rear plate has a steel bracket that is attached to the bumper. When I got my car I had another bracket that is identical to the rear. Is there a different bracket for the front? Do you any of you have pics of a front plate mounted on a '73-'76 A-body?

I recently went through this exact thing with my 73, and found that there is a big heavy ugly metal bracket that goes on there to mount the plate on.
I couldn't put that ugly POS on the front of my car, so I put the bolts through the center of the plate after the frame was bolted to it and painted them to match the color around them.
The OEM bracket also makes the plate stick out from the bumper, and I didn't like that either.

I can take a pic of the finished mounting if you want.

You can see a bit of the black bolt head but the white one is pretty much invisible.

Nice job! I just looked at my parts book, and there are two different brackets, one for front and one for rear. I think I have two rear brackets.
While your idea was great and looks unnoticable, I want to mount a silver "1975" plate with black numbers. Mine might stick out a lot more....
