73+ Spool motor and trans mount

73+ spool motor and trans mounts. I have never used them before. The ones I have the rubber looks a little worn. What's the hot set up replace just the rubber? Or does someone make a poly bushing for them? Need a press to replace the rubber?

There are polyurethane inserts available but..
they dont absorb the vibration as well as the original rubber.
Likely OEM mounts so to show their age is typical. They may still have a lot of life left in them.
They aren't so difficult to replace as needed. Factors like headers, etc.. may make a difference though.

Are you guys just replacing the insert? It looks like rock auto has them both ways. With just rubber insert or the whole mount rubber and metal.
