Hey! Just got this little thing a few weeks ago. She needs a little body work, paint, and wheels. Only rust is on the driver side quarters. The interior is in great shape. The backseat still had the plastic on the factory! I took it off because there was holes in it and the seat had some little stains on them. The 318 runs great, with just a oil leak from the valve covers and a smashed up catch can. It has a mild cam and a new dual exhaust. Sounds mean, neighbors probably hate me though.The motor and trans were rebuilt recently, along with a stainless steel drive shaft and new leaf springs. Need to re-adjust the hood and finish the primer. Any suggestions for a paint scheme?

the engine bay reminds me of an import. there is too much red under ther.

I noticed your from illinois, what part? We could be neighbors you never know.

Yeah I dunno, the guy that had it before me liked the color red I guess. I went over some of the stuff, don't have the time to do it right now though. But its on the list. Oh yeah, I'm on the border of Illinois and Indiana BigStrok3. Heres updated pictures of the engine bay. New radiator should be in in the next 2 days.

Black would be a great color and work well with the interior color.

Black would be real nice, actually. I'll see how well I can do body work and make up my mind then. Has anyone redone door panels or dashes? Any kind of stain or paint for that kind of stuff?
