My '75 Dart has a bench seat (split high back) that I want to replace for a set of buckets. I have two issues:

1) Looking at the Procar Series 90, the seat cushion itself is as high as my bench, and that is WITHOUT brackets. I fear that with brackets and sliders it will be even higher.

2) My floorboard is a '76, with a big fat catalytic hump coming off the left of the trans tunnel just under the seat. Procar (nor Corbeau) makes brackets for a '76...so I will need to fab something up myself, and/or go hacking up my floorboard.

I seem to have a big tower riser coming off the floor that the bench seat sits on and the bolts go through. This CAN'T be on the bucket cars can it? Every bucket seat car I have looked at has much lower seats than this tower will allow.

I am not 100% sure either but I will look at my pics from my old Duster and see if I can help figure it out.

When I put my buckets in (300m seats) I used the tracks that came with them, and just "massaged" the floor on the pass. side to get them to work.

It's funny you would mention 300M seats, because my friend has a set sitting around that he is more than willing to part with. I am pretty sure they are going in the Dart. I brought one home to mock up and make sure it fits, but I am glad to hear someone else has already done it.
