77 Fender Tag Decoder

Anyone know a website that has a fender tag decoder for a 77? I am looking at buying the Aspen to pull the motor for my Dart, but this Aspen has a lot of codes and is a special edition model, so I want to decode the tag and make sure when it leaves my possession it goes to a Mopar?F-Body guy and not the scrapper. -BD
