[FOR SALE] 8 1/4 Sure Grip axle

I was keeping this around for a project but cleaning up the yard. 8 1/4 Sure Grip axle from a '87 Diplomat police car. Gears are like 2:93 or so. Complete, drum to drum with 11" drums on it. $150.00 for it, no shipping, cash and carry. I'm located in Western New York, between Buffalo and Rochester. PM me for contact info and pics.

i would pull the drums and backing plates and sell them separately, the rear you can probably junk.

I figured this would be good for an A body transplant since it's not too far off from an A body 8 1/4.

Backing plates work on 8 3/4 right?

Those have been going up in price lately.

Sometimes as much as the whole axle!
