8 3/4 axle green bearings

:cool: does any body have detailed instructions with pics on how to install green bearings on axles. just got some but cant figure out how they go, and no instructions came in the packages.

I don't have detailed instructions but I do have some pics here:

Scroll down the page and you'll see it. The greens have to be pressed on so if you take everything to an automotive machine shop they should know what to do with them.
