I like reading and seeing pictures of not standard stuff and this is one that trips my trigger. Would like to see a Ford 300 with sectioned 351 Cleveland head also...

If you want to see a Cleveland head on a 300, search "Bruce Sizemore Pinto". That thing was badass.

Warning that site poped up a Phishing threat on when I went to it.

Yeah, sometimes the oddball stuff is fun. Does not get much cooler than the Dragmaster 'Dart 6" from 1963 though. It went in the 10s at around 130 so not nearly as quick as the Holden one but that just shows how far technology has advanced since the early '60s.

There were only a handful of Hilborn injectors cast for the Slant 6.

I like out of the box attempts. Which is why I love drag racing. Go and sit in the stands of a bigger test & tune. And I always see something pull up where I ask "What the hell is that thing?" Especially from farmers that think WAY out of the box! Lol.

and this was way more "stock" than the billet head on the Holden engine but as you said, technology advances.

Back Eons ago when I raced at M A R in Wentzville MO. This guy named Ted Kramer would show up with his SNOOPPY TWO. It was Bad to the bone
