How can i tell if the 833 in my car is original? Where would the #s be located? Car is a 69 4 speed swinger. Thanks for any help.

Try to ignore the broken parts. Look at the raised pad on the right side of the picture. That's where the last part of your vin# is stamped.

You can also verify it by the 10,000 day calender date which is the 4-digit number on the pad to be sure it matches the build date of the car
