9.25 dakota r/t rear end swap on my e-bodie barracuda INFOS !!

i just bought a 99 dakota r/t complete truck , i am in the process of swapping everything on the cuda to make it a really fun car to drive everyday ! ive seen that a lot of magnums and c-bodie cars after 74-75 haf the 9 1/4 diff and was seriously wondering how could i do the 6 tp 5 bolt swap without breaking my head and if it was worth it , i dont know if the axles on the c-bodies will fit the housing on the dakota , i dont know if you guys had any experience about it , if yes let me know , i have a 8 3/4 on my car right now with 3.23 gears

you can send them out to company like Moser for the bolt pattern change...not super expensive...usually quick turnaround also...

I'd like to know how this plays out.

I've got an extra 9.25 3.92:1 SG 6 lug laying around.

From a 2000 Dak R/T.

I measured it and it's actually wider than the 9.25 that's under my 1980 D150!!!

Right there is a 5 lug on 4.5 shaft that's close enough in length, but.....

didn't the spline count change?
