9.5 Bellhousing Starter Seal

I am need of one of these:

For my project (see pic below).

But it is out of stock. Anyone have one, know where else I could get one or be willing to provide a template so one could be fabricated?

Turns out upon further inspection that the original 9.5 bell housing has been replaced with a 10.5". The dust cover for this is readily available.

End of story.
