What are the specs on a NASCAR spring? Heat riser passage blocked off?
Any porting, I don't understand how the intake side is milled to reduce the intake volume?

The more you mill the intake side the smaller the port. Makes a difference when you have to meet a spec.
Springs are strong.
Heat riser is blocked. Forgot spring specs. No visable porting. A little under valves.
