95 Dakota for ?

I have a 1995 Dodge Dakota that I would trade.v6 auto,two wheel drive.I was driving this every day for the last 4 years up til 2 weeks ago.It needs a water pump and ignition switch.I have the ignition switch on a push button for now.The overdrive in the transmission quit 1 1/2 year ago.Other than the overdrive the transmission works fine,I towed my barracuda from PA to IL last winter.I was going to ask between $1000-$1200 for it.
