97 Ram 1500 D60 Swap

so my ram has a 9.25 rear and D44 front which is fine but being the 44 is leaking im kinda in a hard spot. these 44's have the seals on one the inside up against the carrier which isn't bad on the drivers side but apperently the other as like a 4 to 5 hour job. then they usually leak after that!

so im looking to just do the swap to 60's and get the benifit of gear a 4.10 gear with it (3.50's i think stock).

you guys happen to price out a front or a rear? what do these usually go for?
 
The 60 seals the same way, all front axles seal at the carrier.
You would have to call a jy and see if they have any, otherwise a new front 60 would be somewhere around 3500 or more if it needs outer assemblies

well that sucks... do they tend to leak as much? ive been surfing the net and it seems the 44's tend to leak.

and a second thought i would be happy with another 9.25 up front.
