974 360 head question

Going to bring my heads to a machine shop for a valve job. Should i have hardened exhaust valve seats installed? Yes or no? They are out of a 1976 dodge charger. Mild 360 in a dart. Hoping for 300 hp. Thanks

If the heads are 1976 models they should have induction hardened seats already.
