A Body Gas Caps??

OK, is there a difference between 1970 A body painted gas caps and 1971 - 1975 A body painted gas caps?? I just watched a used 1970 Dart gas cap sell for $55.10 on eBay and there half a dozen or so on listed there for around $15.00 or so. What's the deal, is there a difference??

Yes, in fact, there are two different ones in 1970.....with and without EEC. The early ones (up to Jan '70 build date) are the without EEC.
