These are new never installed with hardware.
I believe that these are for the 108wb as I bought these for my scamp years ago and they were to short. I had them in my garage for a couple of years a forgot about them .They had some shipping scratches from clanging in the box and a little sruface rust from my garage. I cleaned the up a little and coated them with blk paint .$120.00 local pick up only unless I find a box 07731
