A-pillar rust. How do I fix this?

I have rust on the inside of both a-pillars on my 70 dart and am not sure how to go about replacing the metal in those area. It doesn't seem like it would be very easy to get a welder and grinder in there. Anyone done this kind of repair before?!

You need to cut out the rust and weld in new metal or a good used replacement section.

I would blast the area, find a donor car section and go at it
