Don't know a lot about it, came with the car I bought that someone else was gonna convert to 4 spd # are OR23142. PP833 3135 0107
Do not know how to decifer the date code. Also not sure about o/d models?

Brewer's has a decoder ring of sorts here:

I think your S/N is OR23142, and, if I calculated it correctly, the build date would be February 26, 1970, and that would be the 107th unit built that day. I tried to find a way to double-check the date and I found a page with a Chrysler 10,000 day calendar calculator:

That date code (3135) shows up as Thursday, Feb 26th, 1970 on the calculator. (Woohoo!)
