Hi, I'm new to this forum. Just wanted to try to find out if there is and if so which manual trans is the easiest (with minimal work) replacement for the 3spd manual in my 1963 Dart?
Hopefully fully synchronized? Driveshaft rework is no problem if needed.

Thank You

833 4 speed out of a 67-73 a body. A newer OD trans win't fit the bell housing. If your car is three on the tree/Column shift. You can use your existing shifter . Use a PTO cable for reverse . I did it many times in the past. Just make sure you have it in neutral before pulling the knob for reverse. Nice car.

If I use the 833 4 spd, I have no problem if I have to change from column to floor shift if it will just bolt in?
Input shaft splines and if it will fit the trans tunnel are what I'm not sure of?
