A904/A999 Kickdown Band (When To Replace)

I currently have my transmission apart (broken converter hub) and was wondering if I needed to replace the band while I'm in there. I never had any issues out of it. I do have a manual valve body installed. I wanna make sure before I put it back together.

What are some symptoms of a worn kickdown band?

It's cheap-----Trans is apart-------------Putting it in now saves from pulling the trans again

True. I'd rather ride than let it sit on jack stands. I picked up my band yesterday.
