I have an AC compressor part # 3512706 V2
Pulley spins free . Clutch engages with 12 volts.
Compressor rotates, can here and feel compression and suction. $50 + shipping from Fl. PayPal
I don't know what engine the brackets fit.

Brackets definitely appear to be small block. Clutch appears to be a newer model than 1969. Maybe someone else can pinpoint it down better for you.
