I found these items at the Summit homepage. But are they compatible?

Comp Cams vs. Crane Cams, would the thread on the Comp Cam cup style adjuster fit to the thread on the Crane Cam rockerarm?
And I guess I would have to measure to get the new length of the pushrod.
