adjusting brakes

I am putting the new suspension parts together this weekend. I have repaced the wheel bearings, but am not sure about adjusting the front brakes. This is a 65 Barracuda Formula S with stock brakes. I would like to go with disk brakes, but thats not in the budget for now.

Spoon the adjusters while turning the drum until the you hear or feel the linings lightly touch th drum.
