Advice needed on reattaching the defroster

Help, any ideas on reattaching the power spade on the rear window defroster that has been pulled off the grid?

I've seen repair kits for that at auto parts stores. It's basically metallic glue that you spread on and tape the spade in place until it dries. Ask your local counter man.
