Air bubble fiberglass hood paint

I have a 1972 plymouth duster and on the fiberglass hood scoop it has a small air bubble i popped with a micro needle but it is not seating but inflating after pressed. Can i do a mild heat gun and press it down? What do i do here?

Fix the problem and repaint the hood.

Thats a very expensive one way trip for a 1/2” bubble i think i will cover it with a decal

I think a good body/paint guy could sand that down, fix whatever is causing it, prime and blend it back pretty easily. Although red is the hardest color to match. I’d go find a corvette body/paint guy.
