air gap intake questions

Ok I'm using a air gap intake and was just wondering how everyone is using a aftermarket water temp gauge on them. Seems like it won't fit in the opening on intake like it's to small..any pics

If I remember right yes it hit

Open the hole and tap to 1/4 pipe thread, then bush it back down to 1/8..

well - there are adapters available - a little hard to source the right one but it can be done - or, Edlebrock (or some other maker) water pump and do this -

There plenty of correct adapters out there so you don't have to modify your Air Gap.

mine is right by the return spring bracket in this photo...there is an adapter that make it work..
