I recently noticed that a couple of the "louvers" or ribs on the air vent on the cowl at the base of the windshield were bent inward slightly. I am sure that these can be straightened if I am careful. Has anyone successfully pulled this off. I will need to get something behind them and then pull outward from the top. I just have not yet figured out what will work. I don't see any access behind them, except for the holes in the cowl for the wiper shafts. The bent ones are almost directly over the top of the wiper motor location (71 Dart) if that matters. Any helpful ideas are appreciated. Thanks. L8r

I'm just thinking out loud here, what about taking a long-ish zip tie or something similar and looping it around the louver where it is bent and pulling up gently? I've heard of people using a blow-dryer to heat the metal on a bent grill then using a rubber-coated wire to gently pull and straighten the damaged part.
