Allow unlimited time to edit a car show post

Most car shows are the same year to year just the date and maybe some contact info changes. It would be helpful to allow last year's post to be edited for this year.

Or at least allow for more time to edit.

I posted a couple shows but the date was not set when I posted I expected to be able to go back and edit the post but edit was not offered. It had been maybe a month.

edit time is the same for all forums -- cant just make one longer.
