Alternator question... what was i thinking?

Alright this'll be an odd one. When I swapped in the 383 I built, I stuck this alternator on it. I have never hooked it up, I don't know why I bought this one, I don't have a clue what it us. But I'm not the type of person to buy something without some sort of research to say why I should do it. I am the type to absolutely forget why I did it and years later start to finish that project. So, to the question... what is this, have you seen it, and why would someone use this alternator.

Very common swap, Mancini sells brackets to install it though honestly adapting it to stock brackets is pretty easy....

You'll want a plug and a schematic...

Oh great, thank you... that sounds online of something I would have looked into doing. Now I just need to figure the wiring out. Thank you for the plug schematics 1WildRT
