no, they heat up faster good or not is up to you, easier to fix a crack in aluminum but haven't seen many cast ones cracked.
 
Depending on brand and design, some flow and/or mix better. As mentioned, they're easier to fix, modify, port, and polish.
 
Actually a disadvantage with some of them. The ones with the ridiculous lookin bubbly weld around the perimeter are known to leak.
 
i was asking because i have on on ebag and was hoping i could make claim to make it more desireable. it is the one piece casting one barrel manifold.
 
Actually, except for the weight savings, the stock aluminum ones warp easier and have corrosion problems where the exhaust hits it underneath.
 
If it's the one piece then it's probably ok in that respect.
