Could be from a van. The rectangular hole at the top is for setting the timing in a van, where you can't get far enough under the hood to do it in the normal location. The gigantic bearing retainer hole may also be for an OD 4 speed.

Casting number should be 3893728. Fits small blocks with the NP435 4 speed transmission. 1969-1980 Dodge trucks.
It will not work with any 833, overdrive or otherwise.
