Am I missing something in the fender tag vin?

Sorry if this stuff is obvious to you guys..but can't figure out what all the numbers are on the fender tag for my 69 dart.
I see it has door/body molding, music master radio, black vert top and 225cid. but the other numbers I can't seem to find.
Anyone able to decode the rest for me?

M33= Body Side Mouldings... R11= 2 watt Music Master Radio... V3X= V3 is Folding Sunroof, X is Black in color (convertible in 69)... R6= Body Paint color, R is Red, can't find R6 though...P2R= Trim Code, P= Premimum, 2=Vinyl Bench, R= Red... 108= Scheduled Production Date... 128702= Vehicle Order Number... E23= ?..This area of the fender tag is the engine call out, and the number 23 doesn't show up in my book, but 22 is 198 c.i. slant and 24 is 225 slant...031= The "0" is probably a "D"..which is D31, or 3 speed auot/904.

Your VIN decodes as... L= Dart.. P= Premimum Price Class...27= Convertible.. B=225 1 bbl...9= 1969... B= Hamtramck Build Plant... 258662= Vehicle identifaction number, or the 258,662 car built at the Hamtramck plant in 69, a pretty late build.

108 scheduled build date is January 8th. My 69 Dart Swinger has 109 and is about 1000 away on the vin.
