Another what will it run?

My Dad is putting together a 69 dart ,it is mini tubbed with a ladder bar set up,391 gear,28 /10.5/15 m/t slicks, 4000 stall.
Motor specs
408 stroker
eddy magaum heads cnc ported by modern
10.5 to 1 comp
soild tappet cam, crower 31315, 609 lift for intake and 620 exhaust,dur@ 050 276 intake and 281 exhaust

M1 single plane and 750 Biggs carb,also have a 950 from biggs
727 trans with turbo action valve body
Just wondering what you guys think it will run,I have a idea,but just wanna see if I'm close

Guessing on the weight of the car...

an A body with that 408 should be able to run 10.70s or better....given that the car hooks..and all the bugs are worked out.

i would think 10.50 to 11.20 if every thing works out.
