Mrs Kitty and I got my other work table mounted to the wall today. The brackets say they'll hold 500 pounds, but the screws would pull out from the wall long before that. I can tell it'll easily hold up a cylinder head, though that's not what these are for. Just something for me to build model railroad stuff on.

did the old locomotive run? waiting to see the layout!
looks good! knowing myself, I would have added folding legs at the outboard to help hold it in place when I overloaded a clean flat spot.

Yeah it sure does. Quite well, in fact. But you remember how they were....sittin still and 200 scale miles an hour and not much in between. It needs new rubber bands, but it still runs.

Ummm........excuse me sir, but your table is out of compliance. The first and only rule of a horizontal surface is to serve as a crap magnet. As soon as your nifty table become level with the floor, it should have induced a herd of items to sail across the room to take up residence, rendering any further project opportunities null and void. Please get with your manufacturer's representatives to get this failure corrected promptly.

Thank You,
The Management

Nice job. You have all these neat hobbies, what are Kitty hobbies?
All kinda craft stuff. Sewing, cross stitching, crochet, quilting, tatting (look it up) most anything regarding knitting needles, sewing needles and a sewing machine. And we both share watching movies all the time, since we have just under 3000 DVDs.
