I was looking at the Hughs websight and was wondering if anyone evr used the iron ram heads that they advertise.Are they something different or just the EQ head thats been massaged?
Anybody ever try the Hughs Iron Ram heads?

That's what I run on my car. I bought their cheapest ones, set up for LA intakes. I'm pretty impressed with the results I've gotten on a sub $1,000 pair of heads.
They are definitely the EQ castings. Not sure what massaging Hughes does. They do come with stainless valves, and a semi-decent set of valve springs, much better than stock Magnum springs anyway. Don't know if the valve job is anything special.
I did have a valve stick, but they fixed it for free. Again, I'm pretty happy with them.

I have the same cheapo ones as LXGuy though i have no results until i get the rest of my car sorted.
I spoke to a guy who does maint. on CHP vehicles and he had experience with these heads too. Supposedly, those dodge 1500s that certain CHP areas used would pick up a good bit of power from stock with just those heads.
